New Dawn Developments is the only COR-certified residential contractor in the Kootenays and is setting the standard for safety on all of our projects and for our employees. The Certificate of Recognition Program (COR) is an occupational health and safety accreditation program.

Giving to our community
New Dawn Developments and the New Dawn team share a deep commitment to helping those in need and making a meaningful difference in our community. Over the past five years, New Dawn and our team members have proudly contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars in benefits to community projects and initiatives.
Throughout the year, our Pay it Forward committee comes together to decide how best to allocate our corporate giving funds. Made up of New Dawn employees, this committee focuses on supporting programs and initiatives that contribute to the betterment of life in our community.
