Since 1978, we have built many homes and recreation properties in Fernie, Fernie Alpine Resort, Invermere, Panorama Mountain Resort, Cranbrook, Kimberley and Kimberley Alpine Resort.

Our team
The New Dawn team, now more than 50 members strong, is made up of exceptional individuals who are committed to serving the needs of our clients. We build here in the Kootenays because it’s where we live and where we come from.

New Dawn Developments is owned and operated by Rick and Chad Jensen and Roy Duperron.

Rick founded New Dawn Developments in 1978. He also served as Mayor of Cranbrook from 1983 to 1990

Chad joined New Dawn in 1996, after obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce degree, in Management, from the University of Lethbridge. He currently serves as President of New Dawn. Chad was recently recognized as Contractor of the Year 2009 and named one of the Kootenay's Top 10 Businesspeople for 2010

Roy joined New Dawn in 1996. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial construction
