We are dedicated to providing our clients with quality custom-built homes, on time and on budget. We listen to our customers and develop a good understanding of what the client wishes to achieve with their new home or recreation property. We discuss all aspects of the building process, including items that will impact their budget but are not directly associated with the actual building. This way we are confident the price we start with is, in fact, the price we end with, unless the client were to make changes during the construction process. By discussing all aspects of the building with the client, the chance of mid-construction changes is all but eliminated. We encourage our clients to visit the site often and learn as much as they can about the construction process. Then when they build their next home or recreation property, they will have an even better understanding of how to plan and design to increase their enjoyment of their property. For clients unable to visit often we can keep them up to date with digital pictures and email.

New Dawn takes pride in using local suppliers and sub-trades wherever possible. We have found that the variety of products and / or the price of products locally can be competitive with the larger metropolitan areas. We source the best price for the best product that will achieve the goals of the client and their budget. This takes extra time but with products on display in our Display Center, clients have discovered that quality does not necessarily have to cost more.
