Home Hardware Building Centre
Teaming up with one of our trusted suppliers, New Dawn Developments was engaged in a design-build project to provide a new manufacturing and sales space for Home Hardware Building Centre in Cranbrook, BC. This was a P.Eng. metal building specified, sourced and installed by New Dawn and its established commercial sub-trades. The design included collaborative problem solving with development permits, sub soil technical issues and value engineering. The end result was a cost effective space to house Home Hardware’s new business operations.

Martech Electric
Martech Electric is one of the Kootenay’s leading electrical contracting and construction service providers. When they needed a project partner to construct their new warehouse and office complex in Cranbrook they chose New Dawn. Our team assisted in the design, and successfully completed the construction of 3600 square feet of premium showroom and office space, and construction of the 3700 square foot pre-engineered metal building. Regarded as one of the prime industrial developments in Cranbrook’s industrial park, Martech is extremely happy with their new home in Cranbrook.

Cranbrook Denture Clinic
Local Denturist Ken Manson set out to create a great new location for his growing practice. He teamed up with New Dawn Developments to design and build the tenant improvements he needed to transform the dated building on Kootenay Street into the kind of space his clients and employees would enjoy spending time in. Overcoming the challenges ever present in a renovation project, New Dawn and Cranbrook Denture Clinic have created a premier small foot print clinical space for their Kootenay area clients to enjoy.
