So, if mowing grass, trimming bushes, or painting the house is not your thing, then this will be an attractive benefit, allowing more time to recreate with your family.

Get to know your neighbors – People that live in townhouses report that there is an excellent sense of community.  So not only can it be more fun to live in a townhome but there is the added benefit of improved security. Neighbors come together to protect each other and to be available when, for example, you lock your keys in the house and need to make a phone call.
