Job Title: Receptionist & Sales Host
Location: Fernie Office, with occasional travel to Show Homes in Sparwood
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible based on business needs)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Sales Host. This role combines the welcoming duties of a show home host with reception and administrative tasks, ensuring our clients and guests have a friendly and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Reception & Hosting:

  • Greet visitors warmly at our show homes or sales office and create a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Provide general information on properties, company offerings, and answer basic inquiries.
  • Manage the visitor sign-in process, gather client details, and schedule follow-up appointments with the sales team.
  • Offer tours of the show home or sales office, ensuring an engaging and informative experience for guests.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage front-desk responsibilities, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating office schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, show home, and sales office, including office cleaning and supply restocking.
  • Organize and update client databases and assist with email follow-ups.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and team calendars.
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks, such as ensuring promotional materials and brochures are updated and visually appealing.
  • Help set up and host on-site events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and engaging personality.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) or willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional travel to show homes or events.
