GEOTHERMAL HEATING
New Dawn has installed Geothermal heating/cooling systems in small residential projects to commercial lease spaces to a 68 unit condominium with an onsite pool and spa. These applications have included open, horizontal and vertical ground loop systems.
HEAT PUMPS
New Dawn recommends heat pump systems to every residential client, as well, we have implemented solutions for multi-family and commercial applications.
AIR FILTRATION
Because indoor air quality is a primary concern of many of our clients, our project team is experienced with the latest in technologies for both residential and commercials buildings.
DOMESTIC HOT WATER
In practical application and efficiency, domestic hot water supply systems have a wide range: boilers, geothermal heating systems, electrical heating systems and tank-less, direct-fired gas heat exchangers. New Dawn’s staff are well versed in the integration of these systems and based on their experience and knowledge, they are happy to offer recommendations specific to the project.
BUILT-GREEN CONSTRUCTION PRACTICES
As a recognized leader in our region, BC Building Code Authorities requested our support in offering education in our area for the upcoming changes to the Code. As such, a number of our staff are pursuing certification as well as auditing our internal systems in preparation for adoption of the new standards.
