History/Background

New Dawn Developments Ltd was started in 1978 by Rick Jensen. Son Chad joined the business in 1996 along with associate Roy Duperron. From the beginning, New Dawn has built a reputation as a business with exceptional customer service and superior workmanship.

Our company is a highly diverse firm of construction professionals with a broad range of project experience that spans more than three decades. Our clients, professional associates and peers will attest that we are a capable and stable business applying the best practices in the industry.

Our experience in document preparation and tender evaluation ranges from simple quote and bid evaluations, to analysis, evaluation, estimating, and tendering of CCDC stipulated price and cost plus contractual agreements.
